About Resi Harris
Resi is a mixed race classic model who was born in Africa & retains much of her natural Ashanti heritage, whilst living a quintessential English & outdoorsy lifestyle in the Midlands. She is a golf addict who plays wherever possible all over the UK & abroad, whilst also rowing on the beautiful River Trent most weekends, in all weather. Her other hobbies are travelling to explore new places, & Ballet which she took up recently as a challenge.
Turning 60 this year, she’s had over 3 decades of experience in modelling since the age of 22, travelling all over the world for Fashion tours, Photo shoots & Commercials, in Fitness, Beauty, Editorial & TV. These days she works mainly In the over 55’s Category & can be seen in various current adverts for companies like Viking Cruises, Assisted Bathing, Chef & Brewer & Greene King, as well as Spire Healthcare & Evo Dental.
Irrepressible & witty as a Stand Up Comedian on tour, Resi loves to entertain, amuse & boost morale wherever she works. But being the daughter of a photographer & cinematographer, she’s also a consummate professional who’s easy to direct, switched on & one step ahead of clients in delivering what’s needed, with minimal fuss & timing. Directors know they can rely on her to be prompt & organised, to get Projects completed within budget. Vital in the current economy. Resi considers modelling the perfect job & has no plans to retire. Whilst ever there’s a market, she hopes to still be active in her 80’s
